When it came to naming this sauce it was really simple. Tasting the hot and complex spicy hot, sweet/sour combination of the Summer Wildflower Honey, cranberry, and passionfruit blended with exotic spices, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, and scotch bonnet peppers grown on our farm, the name became obvious ... it is "Really, Really, Hot Shite!" ..
This blend of local fruit and vegetables is not quite as hot as its predecessor "Really Really Hot Shite", hence the name "Son of Really Hot Shite"
The sweet honey, pears and peaches adds flavour while the jalapenos and Scotch Bonnet peppers create a little heat.
